A. Vocational Training & Job Placement
Objective: Equip individuals with the skills and certifications needed for sustainable employment in high-demand industries.
Short-Term Goals (1 Year):
o Enroll at least 200 participants in C.O.D’s vocational training programs.
o Ensure 75% of participants complete their selected training program.
o Provide industry-recognized certifications for at least 150 graduates.
Mid-Term Goals (3 Years):
o Increase enrollment to 600 participants annually
o Achieve an 85% program completion rate.
o Secure job placements or entrepreneurial opportunities for at least 70% of graduates within six months of completion.
Long-Term Goals (5+ Years):
o Expand training programs to serve 1,000+ individuals annually
o Establish partnerships with 50+ companies for direct job placement opportunities.

B. Economic Empowerment & Financial Stability
