5280 Fresh Start, LLC provides transitional housing and stability for men rebuilding their lives after treatment or incarceration. Through our partnership, C.O.D. is able to sponsor men in need of safe housing, helping them focus on education, employment, and personal growth.
Together, we create pathways for individuals to gain independence and become leaders in their communities.
Fresh 2 Death Peer Support
Fresh 2 Death Peer Support, LLC works alongside C.O.D. to meet the essential needs of our community. They provide critical resources including:
Narcan and overdose prevention kits
Drug testing kits
Clothing and hygiene supplies
Food and household items
In addition, Fresh 2 Death offers peer mentorship and emotional support to help individuals maintain sobriety, rebuild relationships, and stay connected to their goals.
